Laundry Valet

As a Laundry Valet, you will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous laundry services to hotel guests. Your role will involve collecting, processing, and delivering guests' laundry items promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Your customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards will contribute to the overall guest experience. - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when collecting laundry items from guest rooms. - Sort and label laundry items according to established procedures. - Check for stains, damages, or special care instructions on items before processing. - Operate laundry equipment, including washing machines and dryers, following guidelines for proper cleaning and drying. - Use appropriate detergents and chemicals as needed for different fabrics. - Prioritize laundry items based on guest requests and delivery times. - Organize the laundry room and work area to maintain an efficient workflow. - Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. - Maintain an organized inventory of clean and processed laundry items. - Inspect laundered items for quality and ensure they meet cleanliness standards. - Deliver clean and pressed laundry items to guest rooms in a timely and presentable manner. - Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. - Assist the Laundry Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager with tasks such as inventory tracking and reporting.
