Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate in plant-level technical audits, inspections, and root cause analyses.
Support and improve reliability of critical equipment such as kilns, preheaters, mills, crushers, conveyors, and packing units.
Conduct technical studies and recommend modifications to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
Assist in implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with operations to optimize process parameters for energy efficiency and output.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, and plant SOPs.
Monitor and improve KPIs like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and equipment availability.
