Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and execute last-mile delivery operations for assigned routes/zones.
Coordinate with drivers, delivery associates, and vendors to ensure timely order deliveries.
Track daily delivery performance, including TAT (Turnaround Time), on-time delivery %, and customer satisfaction scores.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations related to delivery delays, damages, or misrouting.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and company policies in last-mile operations.
Maintain and update MIS reports on delivery status, delays, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with warehouse, hub, and line-haul teams for seamless operations.
Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and control delivery costs while maintaining service quality.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of delivery staff/vendors as required.
