Laser Therapist

The Male Laser Therapist is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality laser and aesthetic treatments to male clients in accordance with clinic standards and medical protocols. The role involves performing detailed skin assessments, conducting laser hair removal and rejuvenation procedures, and ensuring the highest levels of client care, safety, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and acne reduction treatments using advanced aesthetic technologies.
• Conduct consultations and skin analyses to determine suitable treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of laser parameters, skin types (Fitzpatrick scale), and treatment contraindications.
• Provide clients with pre- and post-treatment guidance, ensuring they understand the treatment process, potential side effects, and aftercare protocols.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring all equipment, tools, and treatment areas are properly cleaned and sterilized after each session.
• Keep detailed and confidential client records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all laser and aesthetic equipment, following manufacturer and clinic safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive aesthetic care.
• Stay updated on latest industry trends, new laser technologies, and treatment protocols through continuous training.
• Promote clinic services and support client retention through exceptional service and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Laser Technology, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Laser Therapist in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
• In-depth knowledge of laser hair removal systems, IPL, fractional lasers, and skin treatment techniques.
• Understanding of clinic hygiene standards, infection control, and client confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance with a patient-centric and ethical approach.
• Ability to work under supervision in a clinical environment with precision and care.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours based on clinic schedule.
