Dynamic Bala Industry Pvt Ltd. is hiring a laser machine operator and helper to support production and process improvement at our factory in Tirupur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating laser cutting machines
• Load and unload raw materials like metal sheets or garments
• Support senior operators during laser cutting and marking
• Adjust settings as per job instructions (under guidance)
• Handle and move finished products carefully
• Visually inspect parts for defects or errors
• Report machine issues or product defects immediately
• Clean the laser machine and work area regularly
• Assist in basic machine maintenance
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Maintain production logs and material usage records
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Attend training or team meetings when required
