CNC Machine Operator/Setter

You are being recruited by Dynamic Bala Industry Pvt Ltd. as a CNC machine operator and setter at their factory in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. The company is a well-established metal fabrication and manufacturing firm with 25 years of experience, specializing in various sectors such as electrical panels, garment and school furniture, laser cutting, CNC job work, and powder coating services. As a CNC machine operator and setter, your primary responsibilities will include operating and setting up CNC machines like laser cutting and bending for precise metal fabrication. You will be required to interpret technical drawings and work orders, monitor machine operations for accuracy, perform routine maintenance and safety checks, and report any issues to the supervisor promptly. Collaboration with design and quality control teams to ensure production accuracy and adherence to safety standards will also be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have an educational background in ITI (Fitter, Turner, or Machinist) or an equivalent technical field. While experienced candidates will receive higher salaries based on their skills, efficiency, and previous experience, freshers are welcome with comprehensive training provided during the probationary period. Basic understanding of CNC operations, the ability to read technical drawings, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to standard procedures are desirable traits for this position.
