CNC Machine Operator/Setter

Responsibilities:

· Basic understanding of knowing the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices

· Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet,

· Loading and offloading of component from the machine

· Check for the gauge’s availability for the running part

· During operations check for the tools if in good conditions in order to avoid accidents/damages to the tool, machine and the running component

· Basic understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be achieved for the shift

· Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking, hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done

· Awareness of GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,

· Maintaining of production log / reports

· Inform setter/supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event of machine problems

Skills Required:Should be able to multi task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• CNC MACHINE OPERATOR: 1 year (Required)
• VMC MACHINE OPERATOR: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• ENGLISH, HINDI, KANNADA, TAMIL, (Preferred)
