Job Description

As a member of the R&D team in the PG PR R&D AUX Fluid Systems department based in Gurgaon (IND) at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of air and fluid systems for various Large Gas Turbine (GT) frames. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining assigned fluid systems - Creating P&IDs and detailed system designs - Participating in the global platform team - Adapting designs to fulfill challenging requirements - Documenting the design process - Driving design to cost measures - Specifying automation requirements - Qualifying new components and suppliers - Providing field/site support To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in mechanical or Process Engineering or a related field - Have 3 to 12 years of engineering experience - Possess excellent communication skills - Be willing to travel globally - Be a team player - Demonstrate high flexibility in taking on new tasks - Show dedication to the product - Have a solid understanding of quality, costs, and delivery time interactions Preferred qualifications include expertise in technical areas of work, proficiency in COMOS, Team Centre & SAP, R&D, project engineering, power generation business, Control Oil System, Fuel Gas analyzer system, Purge Air system, and fluid dynamics. This role is based in Gurgaon but may require travel to other locations in India and beyond.
