Large Deal Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect Lead, you will collaborate with Global Account Leaders to identify key solution themes and expand on problem areas to define a Go-to-market strategy and solution buildout. You will be responsible for developing solutions from a tech transformation and Large Deals perspective, as well as leading a team of solution architects and technology evangelists. In this role, you will drive client workshops, RFP orals, and be on point for collaterals and materials related to Go-to-market and solution offerings. You will define both Functional and Technical solutions, including commercials, for large and complex sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your experience in designing highly available, resilient, performant, and secure solutions will be valuable in developing implementation plans for complex technical designs involving multiple components and delivery partners. You will need to think holistically, pulling together ideas from customer discussions to provide comprehensive solutions. You should have a creative mindset for articulating solutions via presentations and demos. Identifying partners within the ecosystem to support themes and joint Go-to-market efforts will also be a part of your role. Handling complex pricing models, defining campaigns at account levels, and increasing the Tech Quotient within account teams are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in the standard deal review process, supporting solution design for account-driven pursuits, and providing credentials and case studies support. Your qualifications should include 12-15+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, a technical degree with an advanced degree preferred, and experience in senior technical roles. Exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate technical solutions to different stakeholders, collaboration skills, and willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time are essential attributes for this role.
