Laravel Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Laravel & Vue.js Developer to join our growing tech team. Youll be working on high-impact web applications, building and maintaining scalable, clean, and modern codebases. The ideal candidate is passionate about full-stack development, writes efficient code, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive web applications using Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Optimise the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from planning to deployment
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Maintain documentation and ensure code quality with proper testing

Requirements

• Strong experience with Laravel (minimum 2 years)
• Proficient in Vue.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and AJAX
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detai

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Inertia.js, Livewire or Nuxt.js
• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean or cloud infrastructure
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Testing frameworks like PHPUnit, Cypress, or Jest
