Please find the details below: Job Description: We are looking for skilled Laptop L2 & L3 Technicians to join our service team at our Hyderabad branches. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops of all major brands, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform L2 & L3 level repairs including motherboard diagnosis, chip-level repairs, and BGA rework. Handle complex hardware and software issues across multiple brands. Ensure timely and accurate fault diagnosis, repair, and testing. Coordinate with the service team and maintain repair logs. Provide guidance to L1 engineers when required. Maintain company service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in laptop L2/L3 repairs. Strong expertise in chip-level repairs, circuit tracing, BIOS updates, and component replacement. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting motherboards, displays, power issues, and performance problems.
