Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries in
Mandarin and English
via phone,.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
and good proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in
customer service / BPO / contact center
environment is mandatory.
