Role Description

This full-time role as a Language & Communication Therapist is based on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Therapist will assess, design, and implement individualized therapy programs for children with developmental delays or communication-related challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with parents and educators, maintaining progress records, and ensuring a supportive environment for skill development and confidence-building in children.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy, Language Development, and Communication Skills
• Experience in designing and executing interventions for children with developmental delays
• Strong abilities in Parent Training, Collaboration with Educators, and Counseling
• Proficient in Documentation, Assessments, and Progress Monitoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Any degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or training in child development therapies
• Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
