Landscape Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for applying current design standards, guidance, and good working practices to the design of external spaces. You will also be involved in the production of landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, including site audit/concept design, feasibility studies, detailed information for tender and construction, and production of various landscape plans, schedules, and specifications. Additionally, you will need to have experience in using various software such as Microsoft Office, Autodesk, Keys cape, Adobe design suite, BIM, GIS, and 3D modeling software. Knowledge of industry legislation, health and safety regulations, and tendering procedures will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Apply current design standards and practices to external space design - Produce landscape information for infrastructure and development projects - Use software tools for technical information production - Utilize Adobe design suite for graphics and reports - Apply BIM, GIS, and 3D modeling software - Have knowledge of relevant industry legislation, health and safety regulations, and tendering procedures Qualifications Required: - Experience in Townscape / Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment - Licentiate Member of the Landscape Institute or other affiliated Landscape body - International driving license - BA (Hons) Landscape Architecture or recognized equivalent - Post Graduate Diploma or master's degree in a relevant subject - Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills - Proven experience and technical capability in a professional consultancy or local authority environment About the Company: WSP is a leading professional services consulting firm with a focus on technical expertise and strategic advisory services in various sectors.
