• We are seeking a Senior Profile for a Landscape Architect for a leading Real Estate Company based at Gurgaon.
• In-depth knowledge in podium Landscape/ Airport/Large and ultra-luxury Real estate Projects, Hospitality Project experience.
• Landscape Architect will be responsible for Landscape planning, Landscape design, and creating a Planning plan.

Minimum Experience required 25+ years in landscaping, Architecture, and must have the ability to handle the whole Department.

Education (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with the consultant and the Project team to develop creative and functional Landscape design.
• Conduct site analysis and assessment to understand the unique characteristics of each Project.
• Create a detailed plan, value the addition of drawings, and study the specifications of various outdoor spaces.
• Implement sustainable design practices and integrate green technologies.
• Finalizing the Sample and approving the Budget.
• Overseas, the consultant budgets and approves the Final drawing.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have relevant work experience in the real estate sector.
• Minimum Experience required 20+ years in landscaping and Architecture
• Must have the ability to handle the whole Department.
