Job Overview

We are seeking a Land Surveyor cum Civil Supervisor with hands-on experience in land measurement, site supervision, and civil works execution. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with field teams and management. The candidate should be open to frequent travel across Karnataka for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveying, plotting, and marking boundaries with accuracy.
• Supervise civil construction activities on-site, ensuring work quality and adherence to timelines.
• Interpret survey data, maps, drawings, and layouts for project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project engineers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at sites.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Communicate effectively in Kannada with local teams, laborers, and authorities.
• Be open to frequent travel across Karnataka for project supervision.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying and site supervision.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site management.
• Mandatory proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing & speaking).
• Based in or willing to work from Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru, with extensive travel across Karnataka.
