Job Description

Job Title: Land Acquisition Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience) Location: Nungambakkam & Shenoy nagar -Chennai Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for residential or commercial development. Conduct site visits and market analysis. Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities for land acquisition. Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company objectives. Handle documentation, registration, due diligence, and legal verification. Liaise with legal and government bodies to ensure compliance. Maintain land bank records and acquisition reports. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
