Lady Sales Manager- Membership Division

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of lady sales executives
• Drive membership enrollment targets for Saffal products
• Plan and execute field sales, counter sales, and promotional activities
• Monitor daily sales performance, team productivity, and reporting
• Conduct team meetings, motivation sessions, and training programs
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for sales campaigns
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality
• Expand the membership base across residential, retail, and institutional segments

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in sales, field sales, FMCG, or membership sales
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities

Preferred Background

• FMCG, Food, Retail, Insurance, Telecom, Banking, or membership-based sales
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales
• Knowledge of the Kerala market will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
