Location: Kolkata, India (Onsite)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced LabWare Associate with strong hands-on expertise in LabWare LIMS (v6/v7) and laboratory workflow automation. The role is ideal for professionals from life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries (GxP, GMP, GLP) who are passionate about designing, configuring, and optimizing laboratory processes using LabWare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure LabWare templates, workflows, and lab processes.
• Develop LabWare LIMS Basic scripts and custom functionalities.
• Perform Master Data configuration (products, tests, specs).
• Create reports/dashboards and integrate LabWare with external systems (SAP, Empower, CDS, ELN).
• Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 / GxP compliance.
• Lead or support LabWare implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and resolve incidents.

Must Have :

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (v6/v7).
• Proficient in LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of lab workflows, sample lifecycle, and data management.
• Experience with LabWare modules (ELN, LES, Stability, Scheduling).
• Knowledge of CSV, GxP, GMP, GLP compliance.
• Sample Management, Folder Management, Instrument Interfaces.

Good to Have:

• Crystal Reports, Subroutines, Lot Management, Lab Station.
• API/middleware integration (REST/SOAP).
