We have an opportunity in ACG Inspection of Engineer - LabVIEW

1. Job Objective

• Develop and integrate machine vision algorithms using NI Vision Development Module
• Implement communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, Serial, OPC, or Ethernet/IP, Database Connectivity.
• Design user interfaces (UI/UX) for real-time monitoring, control, and data visualization.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing LabVIEW applications for improved reliability and performance.
• Prepare documentation including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in automated systems and in Pharmaceutical.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML
• Knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL
• 21CFR Part11 complaince

B. Primary responsibilities

• Design, program, and maintain LabVIEW-based applications for machine vision inspection and process automation systems.
• Develop and optimize image acquisition, processing, and analysis algorithms using NI Vision Development Module
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and quality teams for system integration, validation, and production deployment.
• Support installation, calibration, and troubleshooting at customer sites, including FAT/SAT activities and user training.
• Analyze inspection data and system performance to suggest improvements in algorithms, hardware selection, and overall system efficiency.Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.

Level of Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

Experience

• 4 - 6 years of overall experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW (Core 1, 2, and Advanced)..
• Experience in machine vision application development using NI Vision
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of optics, lighting, and camera selection for visual inspection.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and validation practices
