Job Description

Attending breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo.
Doing root cause check analysis and manual check to identify defect/abnormality.
Should have departmental discussions on issues/its resolution so that it should be communicated to all concern for effective closure and no repetitions.
Following the preventive maintenance as per annual plan.
Should have deep knowledge about injection moulding machine maintenance, CCS knowledge, All utility equipment breakdown knowledge, Arzuffi Machine, ST & Paint booth equipment knowledge, Assembly line equipment knowledge. PLC knowledge will be an add on advantage.
Doing manual inspection of machine & equipment as per the preventive maintenance check sheet on daily & weekly basis.
Taking trail of equipment to ensure normal functioning of the equipment & handling over to production.
Identifying critical & non-critical spare parts.
Reducing the inventory of parts and material by identifying and replacing with common part instead of using different parts.
Reducing service cost by inhouse training of employees i.e. SW & Apprentice.
Energy saving projects.
Generate PR for procurement of required spare part.
Take follow up with purchase department for timely availability of spare part.
Check daily breakdown report & update in SAP.
Maintain documents for TS, IATF Audit.
Maintaining preventive maintenance check sheet check sheet, machine history card, updating TBM calendar, predictive maintenance documentation.
5s Audit documentation & pre and post report.
Suggesting Kaizen for improvement & implementation.
Giving training to casual labor/apprentice.
