Job Summary
Madhusudan Texpro is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Trainee
Chemist with a BSc in Chemistry to undergo a one-year trainee program. The role
involves performing various analytical tests and chemical analyses under supervision
to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished
products. The candidate will maintain accurate records, assist in laboratory
operations, and learn industry-standard analytical methods.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Viscosity Analysis to assess material flow properties.
Perform Carboxylic Group Analysis for polymer characterization.
Analyze DEG (Diethylene Glycol) Content in Polymers.
Determine Melting Points of various samples.
Perform Ash Content Determination (%).
Conduct Additive Analysis such as TiO₂ and others to ensure correct
composition.
Measure Antimony Content (PPM) in products.
Test Moisture Content in raw materials and finished goods.
Measure Oil Percentage in Yarn.
Analyze Spin Finish Oil & Emulsion Levels.
Perform Water Analysis, including DM (Deionized) Water, Raw Water, COD
(Chemical Oxygen Demand), etc.
Prepare solutions like 1 N or 1 Molar solutions and perform Standardization as
required.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests conducted.
Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated
according to standard procedures.
Follow safety and quality protocols.
Learn and assist in improving analytical methods as required.

Reporting directly to the Lab Supervisor / Quality Manager
Qualification
BSc in Chemistry (Essential).
Experience
Fresher only (Inexperienced candidates).
Desired Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
Good documentation and reporting ability.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Trainee Period
One year.
Duty Hours
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (to be clarified further during interview).
Post Trainee Process
On completion of training, permanent employment will be finalized based on
performance in a written and practical examination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
