Job Description

As a Lab In Charge, your responsibilities will include: - Supervising all the technicians and activities to ensure proper functioning of the lab. - Providing excellent customer care and ensuring customer comfort. - Implementing hygiene and safety measures to maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Conducting pre-test preparations efficiently. - Carrying out investigations accurately. - Ensuring optimum usage of materials to minimize wastage. - Verifying stock levels and promptly informing the relevant personnel. - Taking care of equipment to maintain functionality. - Proper disposal of medical waste in compliance with regulations. - Providing prompt service and general assistance to all stakeholders. - Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the management. Qualifications required: - BSc MLT Experience: - Minimum 7 years of experience as a Lab In Charge This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
