In terms of Customer Service, you will be required to assist customers in finding and selecting products, answering questions, and providing feedback. Your role may also involve general assistance tasks such as processing returns or refunds and handling point-of-sale duties. Apart from these primary responsibilities, effective communication with team members and management regarding stock levels and inventory needs is essential. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accuracy in receiving, unpacking, organizing, and displaying merchandise. You may also be involved in physical tasks like lifting and moving merchandise, scanning orders and codes. Safety is a top priority, and you must maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures. Implementing visual and merchandising directives according to company standards is also part of the job.
