Lab Engineer - Maintenance - R&D - Hyderabad

Lab Engineer:

1. To ensure compliance of cGMP in engineering practices at site.

2. To execute Daily Maintenance activity as per priority for work areas

3. To execute daily walk through for maintain standard engineering practices.

4. Issuing safety permits for works in the site.

5. To enforce safety for contract workman during maintenance activity.

6. Co-ordination with External agencies and Contractor for execution of works.

7. To receive, evaluate the job orders (Ordinary, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance) execute and close.

8. To ensure and carry out preventive maintenance and calibrations as per the schedule.

9. To ensure the lab instruments and Utilities are working properly and no abnormalities observed.

10. Coordination between engineering and other department personnel for timely completion of trouble shooting activities.

11. Coordination with outside service agencies for validation, calibration, testing and all engineering related activities with coordination of purchase department.

12. To ensure compliance of engineering SOP and other SOP as per quality system.

13. To ensure compliance to safety rules and regulations in plant.

14. Preparation of site for cGMP audit & Safety audit related to engineering department.

15. Responsible for timely completion of all the trainings assigned in LMS.

16. To execute the energy conservation as per planning.

17. Indenting all engineering related items and coordination with purchase department to procure various equipments and services from outside agencies within stipulated time.

18. Maintaining all instrument / equipment related data i.e. Instrument name, serial number, ID, supplied vendor, AMC/CMC status, available spares and consumables list.

19. Immediate response on any abnormalities occurred in entire block instruments, utilities, housekeeping issues which are related to Engineering department.

20. Attending sudden breakdown of any instruments and rectifying with the support of respected instrument vendor by audio & video call support.

21. To maintain the critical spares for both lab critical instruments and utilities, if required purchase requisition need to raise as per requirement and same maintain in tracker.

22. Scheduling vendor service or breakdown visits and observing their activities during instrument maintenance and trouble shooting.

23. Responsible to verify the invoice after work completion and submit in warehouse for MRN purpose.

24. Maintains all service reports and installation reports for instruments.

25. Preparing yearly AMC/CMC list of utility equipments and ensure the activity is performed with coordination of user department.

26. Preparation for cGMP Audit & Safety Audit in engineering department.

27. Any other responsibility assigned by reporting Manager.
