Lab Chemist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chemist specializing in Gas Chromatography (GC) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting GC analysis on a variety of samples, ensuring accurate data collection, interpretation, and reporting in compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The role also includes operational support activities such as label printing, material inventory handling, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities: Analytical Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis using Gas Chromatography (GC) and GC-MS (if applicable).
• Prepare samples, standards, and reagents as per standard procedures. Calibrate, operate, and maintain GC instruments and related equipment. Develop and validate GC methods in accordance with regulatory standards (e.g., ICH, USP, EPA).
• Interpret analytical data and prepare accurate and timely test reports.
• Troubleshoot analytical and instrument-related issues.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records (LIMS, logbooks, notebooks).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and safety requirements. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
