Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on Lab Assistant with an LACP (Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant) background to support our R&D team. The candidate will assist in trial batches, sample preparation, and routine lab work to help in development of new formulations and improvement of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist R&D Chemists in preparing and executing trial batches for new product development.
• Handle sample collection, preparation, labeling, and storage accurately.
• Maintain test records, trial logs, and ensure sample traceability.
• Operate basic lab instruments like pH meter, viscometer, weighing balance, etc.
• Clean and maintain glassware, lab equipment, and workstations as per SOP.
• Support the team in raw material evaluation and compatibility checks.
• Maintain chemical inventory, stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Follow good laboratory practices (GLP) and safety protocols strictly.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant (LACP)
• Experience: 0–2 years in an industrial or R&D lab environment (freshers with good lab skills can apply)

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
