Lab Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting in formulating and testing rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards. Additionally, you will conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, analyze test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct physical and chemical tests on rubber materials and products - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as tensile testing machines and rheometers - Record and analyze test data, reporting results to quality control or R&D teams - Assist in product development and formulation - Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science in Chemistry - Experience of 2-3 years in Laboratory and Mixing, preferably in a Rubber Company Additional Details: The company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
