Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for a Lab Assistant Manager. The Lab Assistant Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure the maintenance and quality control of laboratory equipment, and support research and development (R&D) activities. Responsibilities include monitoring lab processes, handling analytical tasks, and collaborating with teams to meet operational and development goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills
• Experience working with Laboratory Equipment and its maintenance (1-2 Years)
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, MSc, BSc, Soil Science or a related scientific field
• Familiarity with agricultural science or biologics is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
