Lab Assistant (Applied Chemistry and Applied Physics) for Diploma Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical classes and workshops for students, providing hands-on guidance in physics and chemistry labs as per the guidance of teacher in-charge.

- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of various experimental setups within the laboratory.

- Support faculty members in preparing materials and equipment for demonstrations and experiments.

- Ensure the safety and proper usage of lab equipment by students and staff.

- Collaborate with the department to innovate and enhance the practical learning experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum ITI certificate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related Physics and Chemistry Laboratories in similar colleges.

- Preferably B.Sc. Physics/Chemistry.

- Proficiency in handling various experimental set ups required for Physics and Chemistry Laboratories.

- Ability to effectively conduct practical classes and workshops.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Dedication to maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Salary Range: Typical salary offered between 8,000/- to 9,000/- per month; However, for particularly suitable candidate with experience and qualifications a better negotiation is possible.
