Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

L3 Backup/Storage Engineer

with expertise in IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise backup and storage solutions while providing advanced technical support for escalated issues. This role requires a deep understanding of backup technologies, storage systems, disaster recovery strategies, and data management practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the organization's data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Backup and Storage Design and Architecture:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backup and storage solutions for enterprise environments.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and standards for backup and storage systems.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and strategies to improve data protection and storage efficiency.

Advanced Technical Support

Provide L3-level support for complex backup and storage issues escalated from L1 and L2 teams.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
