Detailed Job Description:

Monitoring of observability tools

• Monitoring of technical and business events/metrics

• Monitoring of alerts and taking necessary actions

• Customer interaction on call and email and Teams

• Resolution/Bug Fixes as per L2 level

• Service Now, New Relic, Kibana, Mixpanel, SQL knowledge

• Should be OK for 24*7 rotational shifts incl. weekends/holidays/night shifts


Mandatory Skills:

Sr. L2 support Engineer

1.New Relic - Used to monitoring/observability of daily Metric (delivered/canceled order etc), Infrastructure and API logs data. Also, used to notify by creating alert during any issue/error.

2. AWS Cloud Watch - Used to validate/troubleshoot daily API logs data. Also, used to notify by creating alert during any issue/error.

3. Kibana - Used to monitoring/troubleshoot Store app device daily log data.

4. MixPanel - Used to monitoring daily customer transaction/interaction log data across the customer app.

5. Mongo Atlas Chart - Used to monitor all type of metrics logs data related orders, customers, promo, transactions, users etc.
