Role Summary:

Hands-on expertise in
routing/switching

wireless technologies

network security
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across enterprise network environments
Acts as
L2 escalation point
for L1 support teams; handles incident response and device configuration
Excellent
technical documentation
and
communication skills
(verbal & written)

Technical Skills:

Proficient in protocols:
BGP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC
Experience with:

Firewalls (Cisco FTD, Fortinet)
Load Balancers (Citrix)
WAF (Citrix)
SD-WAN, Radius/TACACS+, Forti Authenticator
Access Points/Controllers

Familiar with
Proxy solutions
: Zscaler, FortiProxy
Exposure to
Cisco IOS
,
Nexus 9K switches

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain
critical network links
across 800+ branches
Perform
upgrades
and
patching
of network/security devices
Provide
L2 support
and coordinate with OEM TAC for escalations
Manage network tickets, incident reports, and RFO documentation
