Level 3 Technician-:

• Knowledge of L1 Technical & Ability to perform all L2 tasks.
• Ensuring all L3 task done properly.
• Ensuring a smooth takeover from L2.
• Verify and approve the work of L2 team.
• Taking brief from L2 Team and executing the task of L3.
• Ensuring the need of the client as specified is worked out.
• Ensuring the client preference is met.
• Giving a technical demonstration to the client.
• Giving the proper reports.
• Ensuring that all future related notes is shared with the office for easy and smooth servicing of the devices in future.
• Coordinating service for support at client location/ Office and providing support to OEM/PS wherever required.
• Maintenance of L3 Tools at all times in proper condition and availability
• Ensuring client satisfaction with the technical aspect of work
• All Programming and setting related work for all the solution
• Site Visit for Pre-Sales whenever asked for
• Testing and R&D for goods and solutions
• Networking Switch configuration
• Configuration of Audio devices like Amplifier/Digital Signal Processor
• CCTV Configuration
• WAP or Access point configuration
• Automation (Basic) programming
• Projector installation
• PA System configuration
• Microphone/ speaker calibration
• Motorized Gate configuration
• Video Door Phone and Door lock configuration
• Intrusion System Programming
• IPBX Programming
• Fire Alarm system configuration.
• Access Control Programming
• All Software related work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• GUWAHATI, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
