Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience of experienced in IT Recruiter
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
• Familiarity with technical roles and skills, such as software development, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
