L1 Technical Support Executives

for our

Acer Call Center process

. The role involves providing technical support to customers via calls. If you have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and are ready to work in a dynamic environment with rotational shifts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Handle inbound technical support calls for Acer products

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues

  • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up as needed

  • Meet service quality standards and performance metrics

  • Males

    : 7:00 AM 12:00 AM (Rotational within this window)
  • Working Days

    : 6 Days a Week
  • Weekly Off

    : 1 Rotational Off
  • Quarterly Bonus

    : 4,065/-
