We are hiring L1 Technical Support Executives for our Acer Call Center process . The role involves providing technical support to customers via calls. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound technical support calls for Acer products Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up as needed Meet service quality standards and performance metrics Job Details : Work Mode : Work from Office Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore Qualification: 10+ ITI (10+2) or Diploma(10+3) or any graduate. Shift Timings : 9 Hours working Females : 7:00 AM 8:00 PM (Rotational within this window) Males : 7:00 AM 12:00 AM (Rotational within this window) Working Days : 6 Days a Week Weekly Off : 1 Rotational Off Quarterly Bonus : 4,065/-
