Work with internal teams to document and improve support processes. Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction. 🧠 What You Bring: Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Exposure to AWS services like EC2, S3, or RDS is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
