Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated L1 Network Support Engineer to become a member of our technical team. Freshmen or individuals with minimal experience who are keen to learn and collaborate closely with senior engineers are good candidates for this position.Key responsibilities:

• Provide level one network support and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance and report any faults.
• Assist senior engineers with regular network operations.
• Manage support tickets and follow escalation procedures.
• Work in 24/7 rotational shifts as needed.
• Maintain the basic documentation and logs.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of Cisco networking.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Basic Troubleshooting Skills in advance
• Willingness to Learn New Technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility:

• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Willing to work in a shift-based (24/7) workplace.
• Prepared to work under senior engineers.
