Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Provide L1/L1.5 support for equity trading applications, OMS, market data, and exchange connectivity.
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for front office users.
Perform system checks, proactive monitoring, and deploy upgrades/enhancements.
Liaise with traders, development, and stakeholders to ensure high availability of trading systems.
Advise on functional use cases, configurations, and change impact assessment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3-9 years in application/trade support (equities domain preferred).
Knowledge of equity markets, order flow, and trading lifecycle.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with OMS, market data feeds, exchange connectivity, and ticketing tools (JIRA/ServiceNow).
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
