We are looking out for experienced IT Support Engineers (L1 and L2 level) to join our IT Infrastructure team. About the role: The role involves hands-on support for devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and trading-critical applications. Job Location: Gift City - Gandhinagar Shift Timing: 6 pm - 3 am Key Responsibilities: L1 Engineer Perform day-to-day monitoring and health checks of network devices (Firewall, Router, Switches). Provide first-level troubleshooting for infrastructure and user issues. Assist in application access, installations, and basic support. Coordinate with vendors for onsite/remote support. Maintain documentation and asset inventory. L2 Engineer Configure and manage firewall rules, routing policies, and VLANs. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network/application issues. Manage patch updates, configuration backups, and performance tuning. Coordinate with OEM support for critical issues. Implement and support business/trading applications. Guide L1 team members and ensure SLA adherence. Technical Skills Required: Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Hands-on with Firewall (e.g., Fortinet/Cisco), Router & Switch configurations. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments. Exposure to trading or financial applications Qualifications & Experience L1 : Diploma/Bachelors in IT/CS with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. L2 : Bachelors in IT/CS with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management. Relevant certifications (CompTIA N+, CCNA, Sophos/Fortinet certifications) will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of algorithmic and strategy trading flows, along with hands-on experience in manual testing across mobile, web, and desktop applications. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of trading applications across Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms Understand and validate various algorithmic and strategy trading workflows Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage Write, review, and execute detailed test cases and report issues effectively Trading platform with some knowledge on different Algorithmic and Strategy Trading flows. /Has manual testing and hands on trading applications Mobile/Web/Desktop Knowledge

Experience in capital markets, investment banking, and equities trading. 4. Familiarity with financial regulations and exchange protocols. Day to Day responsibilities: Development & Enhancements: Work on core C++ development for trading applications for onboarding new markets and incorporating new requirements for existing markets, and enhancing application performance, efficiency, and reliability. Implement new requirements, improve code quality, and automate testing. Maintain and enhance source code. Support & Incident Resolution: Provide L3 support, analyzing and resolving trading system issues. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes. Work with internal and external regulators (e.g., SEBI) to ensure compliance. Collaboration & Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, and Jira-based tracking. Work closely with teams across Mumbai, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and New York.
