4 to 9 years of experienced in Informatica Administration, including installation, configuration, user/security management, code promotion, backups, and restores.
• Proficient in supporting Informatica tools like PowerCenter, IDMC, DVO, PowerExchange, Data Quality, and Web Services. • Strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting ETL workflows, performance tuning, and issue resolution in production DWH environments. • Skilled in automation using reusable shell scripts for service monitoring, backups, workflow management, and server health checks. • Familiar with 24x7 support models and ITIL processes for incident/change management. • Expertise in version control tools (Bitbucket, GitHub) and job schedulers like AutoSys. • Experienced in setting up Informatica infrastructure, including profiles, parameters, TNS/ODBC/DB2 entries, and environment variables. • Proficient in UNIX shell scripting and command-line tools like pmcmd/pmrep for admin and ETL tasks. • Solid experience in migrating applications using deployment groups and XML-based folder migrations. • Worked with AWS services including Glue, S3, EKS, Data Pipeline, Step Functions, and RDS connectivity. • Hands-on with Apache Spark and PySpark for building big data ETL pipelines.
