L & D Specialist

As a passionate and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering training programs across various departments. You will be responsible for identifying training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with managers. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate both in-house and external training sessions, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide reports on improvements. It will be your duty to maintain training records and ensure that documentation is always up-to-date. Collaboration with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals, as well as supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various departments - Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with managers - Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external training sessions - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports on improvements - Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date - Collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals - Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus (LMS) Please note that the company offers a competitive CTC ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance) along with PF & Medical Insurance facilities.,
