We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced All EY & CBS Junior Learning Deployment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning deployment, administration, or a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Support the budget, accruals, forecasts, and actual costs of courses/projects. Build initial course scheduling offering schedules for review and submit requests to Schedule Offerings and publish content in SuccessFactors. Execute end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management. Arrange training material, monitor participant nominations, and manage learner cancellations, no shows, and missed sessions. Serve as the first point of contact for queries from the practice regarding assigned courses, managing learning mailboxes and referrals from GDS TSS. Prepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses (logistics) and support their management. Provide oversight of Learning deployment administration activities, reviewing work performed by the GDS TSS Deployment Administration team. Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program, or course, including joining instructions. Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts, and virtual learning projects, advising on best practices for interactive virtual classroom sessions. Act as a vILT producer when the vILT team is unavailable and provide on-site learning support as needed. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Learning Deployment Operating Model to achieve operational excellence. Generate and roll out networking elements within virtual learning programs and book venues and accommodation for residential courses. Ensure CE credits are awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable and support projects across the Learning and/or Leadership Development TD team(s). Build and maintain close working relationships with TSS Learning deployment administration contacts, coaching and supporting GDS TSS Learning administrators to increase their knowledge and skills. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client groups to enable successful deployment, including GDS TSS, Portfolio Managers, Senior Learning Associates, Enablement team, Service Line Talent Development Teams, Global deployment team, Facilitators, and external suppliers. Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function and support the induction of new team members. ### Job Requirements Proactive problem solver with a solutions mindset and strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint. Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly, along with strong written and oral communication skills. Strong team worker with an enthusiastic, can-do approach, and the ability to coordinate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Commercial acumen and business awareness, coupled with a desire to deliver quality services. Stakeholder management/business consulting skills, with the ability to engage and influence others and drive change. Experience in learning (preferred), professional services, or corporate environment, with working experience in international and diverse environments.
