This job posting is for a fixed-term role as a maternity cover for the position of Learning Deployment Specialist - Senior Associate - Consulting in the Global Learning Deployment Team at EY. The role is full-time and will be active from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2027, providing a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a key part of the team and gain experience in a dynamic and international environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end deployment of learning courses for Consulting Portfolio through various virtual and physical channels - Supporting global deployment projects and assisting EY Regions in local deployment - Collaborating with external teams and ensuring alignment with key deadlines - Participant management and facilitator sourcing for learning courses - Supporting various activities for flagship events and managing logistics for physical classroom learning events - Monitoring consumption, costs, and satisfaction for multiple courses and curricula - Supporting and developing junior Learning Deployment Specialists within the team - Contributing to the measurement of learning solutions and continuous improvement of internal practices To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of learning deployment processes and standards, as well as experience with platforms like ServiceNow and SuccessFactors, will be advantageous. To qualify for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in areas such as Learning, Deployment, Talent Development, HR, Events management, Operations, or Consulting. Additionally, experience in managing multiple projects, teams, and working in fast-paced environments is essential. Ideally, you should also have knowledge of diverse virtual platforms, digital communication, and a background in areas like Business Consulting, Digital learning deployment, or any field with transferrable skills. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are valued qualities for this role.
