Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and conversions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing for and onboarding clients, opening and closing accounts, and analyzing, reconciling, and reviewing incoming or outgoing data to ensure accurate translation to the platform. - Determining the best setup for client accounts and establishing or updating client accounts. - Reviewing the Account Opening Checklist for accuracy and ensuring due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed before opening new accounts. - Closing off accounts by verifying any pending activity or remaining balances in the account. - Conducting pre-transition/conversion testing and quality review of client data, escalating findings to senior colleagues or assigned transition consultants. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the daily workflow of client transition/conversion operational and data analysis. This includes monitoring all components of the transition/conversion such as data requirements, regulatory and compliance impact, data transfer, and coordination with third parties. You will also assist in developing transition/conversion plans, assessing resource requirements, and identifying critical paths. Coordination with different departments to complete tasks and documentation in a timely manner will be essential. Communication of progress to the team and escalation of issues or potential project delays will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will work closely with Transition Consulting, Relationship Management, and Account Management teams to ensure knowledge of client priorities and preferences for a seamless client experience. While you will not have direct reports, you may have people management responsibilities in some geographies. You will be responsible for small, less complex clients or supporting non-complex project phases to contribute to the achievement of team objectives. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced/graduate degree is preferred, along with work experience in client-facing or project management roles. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications required by the business are also preferred.
