Roles and Responsibility
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer information, including name, address, and identification documents.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to KYC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activities to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and transactions.

Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of BPM/BPO operations and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to KYC.
