KYC Analyst

As a KYC Analyst at Concentrix, you will play a crucial role in the Compliance / Operations department within the BFSI sector in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance for client onboarding and account maintenance. You will be expected to: - Perform KYC checks for new client onboarding, including identity verification, PEP screening, sanctions screening, and EDD when necessary. - Review and analyze client documentation to ensure adherence to AML and KYC regulatory requirements. - Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activities, escalating issues as per protocols. - Maintain accurate documentation for all investigations. - Collaborate with compliance, operations, and internal stakeholders for efficient issue resolution. - Meet strict deadlines, handle time-sensitive tasks, and maintain high accuracy standards. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, EDD, or CDD. - Strong knowledge of financial crime risk management and compliance. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills for preparing clear and concise reports. - Preference for immediate joiners.
