As a spouse of a driver I must say this is a great company. They have treated my husband very well. From Teddy the best dispatcher ever to HR they are simply the best. Great wages and family values. If you want to be treated with the respect you deserve this is the company for you

Been with Koch Trucking 1 year in January. From what I have experienced, dedicated in Denver is one of the best lines I have ever driven. Support is top notch. 2019/2020 International LT's automatic governed at 66. If you know how to manage your time this is a good fit. 100% no touch. We don't even swing doors in dedicated.

Definitely NOT driver oriented. More bottom line oriented. They do make it clear in orientation, "AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU ARE ONLY A NUMBER". And to top it off, most of the fleet is now these deamn International truck which are the biggest pieces of trash. Always braking down... mainly with transmission problems.

There driver of tractor pulling trailer 114393 on 8/22/19, at 4:20 pm on I 90 alerted me to an extremely dangerous issue with the gooseneck trailer I was pulling and assisted me with correcting it. An amazing professional young man.
