Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Establish, implement, and monitor the organizations
Quality Assurance (QA) programs
to meet internal and customer requirements.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the
Quality Management System (QMS)
in line with ISO/IATF standards.
Conduct internal audits as an
IATF-certified internal auditor
, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Lead and coordinate
quality control activities
, including inspection, testing, and defect analysis to maintain product standards.
Manage
vendor quality performance
, including supplier audits, corrective action plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
Handle
customer quality issues
by analyzing complaints, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in
Korean company
and directly handled customer complaint.
Strong knowledge of
Quality Assurance & Control methodologies
(SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
Proficiency in
Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.)
.
Experience in
supplier/vendor quality management
and audits.
Hands-on experience with
customer quality handling
(complaints, audits, PPAP approvals).
Certified
IATF 16949 Internal Auditor
with strong audit and compliance expertise.
Familiarity with quality tools and software (Minitab, SAP QM, MS Excel/ERP).
